Anxious?

More info

Anxiousness is an emotion. It is a fear response – fear for the future

The event or person that triggered the emotion is not likely what you are truly afraid of.

Getting a hold of what the actual fear is allows you to understand it and let go of it.

Detailed info

1. Where in your body do you feel the emotion? Place your hand there gently.

2. What happened that made you feel anxious? Name it.

3. What is under that? What are you really worried or scared of? Say it.

4. Separate the event or person from your fear. Take a breath.
