It’s a natural human response that prompts us to do something. It’s your body’s way of calling attention to something that NEEDS your attention.

Yet, sometimes stress can be negative, like when it stops you from thinking and taking action, and when you begin feeling it as a pain in your body.

1. Now take a deep breath and check in with your body by scanning it.

2. With each question bring your attention to your body and intentionally relax that part of the body:

– Are your shoulders raised into your ears?
– Are you clenching your fists or curling your toes?
– Is your back aching?
– Are you pushing your eyebrows together?
