The courage to say (or not say)
More info
Everyone decides when, how, and with whom to share parts of themselves. There is no right or wrong way: what matters is recognizing your own choice.
Detailed info
Imagine three concentric circles:
-In the first circle, write the names of people with whom you feel completely comfortable being yourself.
-In the second circle, write those with whom you feel uncertain.
-In the third circle, write those with whom you would never share certain aspects of yourself.
Then ask yourself:
What makes the first circle feel safe?
What holds me back in the other two?
Finally, choose one small action: for example, speaking more openly with someone in the first circle, or trying not to self-censor with someone in the second.
