Update 5: Understanding Anxious Moments

Anxiety can show up in different ways. For some people, it feels like racing thoughts. For others, it may feel like tension in the body, difficulty focusing, or avoiding certain situations.

This module invites you to notice how anxiety appears for you personally. The goal is not to judge the feeling, but to understand it better. When we can recognize what is happening, it becomes easier to respond calmly instead of reacting automatically.

A useful first step is to ask yourself: “What usually happens before I start feeling anxious?” This can help you notice patterns and prepare better strategies for future situations.
