When a problem feels overwhelming, breaking it into steps can make it manageable:
Step 1: Define the problem – be sepcific about what is wrong.
Step 2: Brainstorm 10-20 ideas – don´t judge them yet. You can even ask a friend or a trusted adult for suggestions.
Step 3: Rate each idea – score both the effectiveness and ease of each solution on a 0-10 scale.
Step 4: Choose one idea and try it – pick most effective and/or easiest.If it doesn’t work, try the next idea on your list.
Tip: Writing your setps down or sying them outlout can help you think more clearly and feel more in control.
